We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Paid Media Manager to develop, implement, manage, optimize, and report on digital marketing campaigns for our clients as well as contribute to the overall success of our growing agency.

Position Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data and discover insights and trends in order to optimize campaigns and achieve maximum ROI for our clients
  • Design, build, optimize, manage, and report on Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping)
  • Develop, implement, manage, and track paid social media advertising campaigns
  • Set up, develop, manage, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns
  • Set up and utilize Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking and optimization
  • Set up and utilize Facebook Pixel for conversion tracking and optimization
  • Analyze campaign data, develop useful reports, and make recommendations to guide digital marketing strategy
  • Perform A/B testing
  • Manage ad budgets
  • Communicate directly with clients and craft brilliant digital marketing strategies
  • Help grow and guide Red Egg’s digital advertising arm

Necessary Skills:

  • A strong understanding of and the ability to create and manage Google Ads accounts
  • Google Ads certification required. (Search, Display, Shopping)
  • A strong understanding of paid social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • A strong understanding of Google Analytics
  • A strong understanding of Google Search Console
  • A strong understanding of Google Tag Manager
  • Strong writing skills
  • Experience with WordPress and Shopify. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and other languages is a plus.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Trustworthy, self-motivated, and detail oriented
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills


  • Experience with other paid search or programmatic platforms

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary commensurate with experience
  • Estimated base salary range $75,000 – $90,000
  • Estimated salary plus bonus range $80,000 – $95,000
  • 401k matching with no vesting period
