Case Study: Real Estate Marketing & Videography
The four15 Stacks is a townhome development in the Old Fourth Ward, Atlanta GA. Our goal for this project was to create a youthful, modern identity for the four 15 Stacks and market it to the 25-35 age demographic. We started by creating a logo and a one-page style website with an urban feel. The site initially featured a map of local amenities, basic description of the project and a strong call to action, encouraging visitors to join the VIP mailing list. We later added floorplans and exterior renderings as they were developed and used the mailing list we had generated from the site to inform VIP members of the progress. Finally, we created an energetic, youthful video showcasing the lifestyle and community of the Old Fourth Ward, bring the project to life. When units were listed for sale we had a 30:1 prospect ratio. Townhomes sold out completely before construction was completed.
