Case Study
Client Profile
Bienvenidos Food Bank came to Red Egg as a nearly 50-year-old Denver nonprofit providing food, groceries, and community services to individuals and families in Northwest Denver, but their website couldn’t keep pace with the needs of the people it served. We built them a site that does three things at once: makes it simple for neighbors to find pantry hours, locations, and services; gives donors and volunteers a clear, easy path to give food, money, or time; and shares the personal stories of the clients Bienvenidos serves in a way that feels warm and human rather than transactional.
Web Development
A colorful design with family-friendly imagery, approachable messaging, and organized UX to support an organization providing essential services to our community.
Driving Donations
We made it easier and more enticing to make donations that help Bienvenidos carry out their outstanding work in the Sunnyside community. Using dynamic post types, this website shares client stories throughout the pages, highlighting the impact that donations can make.
Improved User Experience
This website improves accessibility for clients, volunteers, and donors so they can find what they need in very few clicks. Whether they are looking to acquire food, donate, volunteer, or learn more about Bienvenidos, we’ve enhanced the user experience for diverse visitors on every type of device.
Easier to Access Food
Bienvenidos provides food security to so many people in the Denver community. By adding a new event calendar functionality to their site, clients can quickly find upcoming food bank events, including date, time, and location. We also set up the site with easy ways for in-organization web administrators to update content, such as posting additional events or adding alerts about closures for inclement weather.
