The Challenge

EpiCity Real Estate Services purchased a property for an adaptive reuse commercial development called Armour Junction. This five-building collection of office/industrial product was their largest adaptive reuse project to date. They engaged Red Egg Marketing to create the brand for the property, develop the website, and design and implement a marketing strategy for lease up.

Our Solution

We developed a complete brand for the client including a logo, website, and all supplemental marketing materials, including a creative monument sign built in conjunction with local artisans. The property was promoted through many traditional commercial real estate channels but to build more momentum for the property we designed and implemented a comprehensive email marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) strategy.

The Results

As a result of our real estate marketing strategies, the property was 70% leased up before construction completed and 100% leased up soon after. Lead flow was consistent throughout the lease up period and demand continues to be strong. Armour Junction remains a highly desirable Class A loft office complex in Atlanta.
