Get to Know Our Flock: The Account Managers Behind Red Egg Marketing
Plenty of agencies talk a big game. Fewer can step into your shoes, understand your industry, and adjust strategy without missing a beat.
The difference? Experience and a team that actually communicates.
When you work with Red Egg, you’re assigned a dedicated account manager. Not a ticketing system. Not a revolving door of junior reps. A real human who knows your goals, your history, and what’s already been tested.
Each of our account managers brings their own specialty to the table including strategy, content, technical SEO, and experience with managing large-scale web builds. But they all share one thing: ownership. They don’t just “manage” accounts. They protect them. Nurture them. Occasionally peck at them (lovingly) when something needs attention.
Why We’re Introducing the Flock
Our team has serious experience under their belts, and we’re not the modest type when it comes to celebrating results. This “Meet the Team” series is about pulling back the curtain so you can see exactly who’s leading your campaigns and why that matters.
So, let’s step into the coop.
Meet Our 4 Account Managers
We’ve got four heavy hitters in this coop. Different styles. Different superpowers. All the same standard: excellence.

Angie Quigley, Marketing Director & Strategic Mother Hen
Angie doesn’t just oversee marketing. She keeps the entire nest aligned.
As a Marketing Director, she operates as strategist, translator, and trusted partner for a diverse roster of clients who need their marketing to actually function as a cohesive system. From brand identity to high-performance SEO to multi-layered ad campaigns, she connects the dots and ensures every moving piece drives revenue, not just impressions.
Her superpower? Big ideas, implemented flawlessly. She takes the tangled chaos of modern marketing and turns it into a clean, actionable roadmap. No fluff. Just egg-secuted strategy that delivers.
The Angie Stats
Experience: 7+ years in marketing management and a cornerstone of Red Egg since 2017.
The Resume: Colorado State University grad (go Rams!) with a background in technical recruiting and sales management. Her secret weapon? She knows how to listen before she markets.
The Approach: She chose the boutique agency life to build real relationships, have real conversations, and create real impact. One day she’s deep in B2C consumer strategy, the next she’s building high-level B2B campaigns, and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
Industries in Her Orbit: Angie has worked with 50+ clients spanning numerous industries including:
- Retail & Consumer Goods
- Home Services
- Automotive
- Managed IT Services
- Real Estate
- Industrial Supply
- E-commerce
- Nonprofits

The Wins
BlackPaw Dog Training
When BlackPaw Dog Training came to Red Egg, they didn’t just need a logo. They needed a brand that would connect emotionally with dog owners, reflect the founder’s training philosophy, and help the business scale with confidence. Angie didn’t just cook up pretty visuals, she crafted a strategic brand identity that tied voice, messaging, and visual design into one cohesive experience. From logo definition to messaging frameworks, brand standards, and supporting assets, Angie led the collaboration between strategist, designer, and client to ensure every element aligned with BlackPaw’s personality and goals. The result? A brand identity system that looks and feels intentional to the people who matter most: the customers. This wasn’t branding for branding’s sake, it was positioning that helped BlackPaw stand out in a crowded market, communicate value clearly, and create a memorable experience before a customer even walks in the door. Because you don’t just hire a trainer, you trust one.
Luxury Retail – Mark’s Diamonds
Mark’s Diamonds had gorgeous inventory and a legacy reputation, but their digital performance wasn’t matching the sparkle. Angie knew the best strategic approach would go beyond just “running ads”, so she built a multi-channel strategy combining high-intent SEO with precision Google Ads targeting that put the brand in front of shoppers ready to act. She oversaw keyword research, refined campaign structure, optimized landing experience, and pushed metrics. The goal was simple: more conversions, lower cost per booked appointment, and a stronger pipeline. And it worked! Thanks to Angie’s strategic ownership and tactical adjustments, Mark’s Diamonds saw a 363% increase in conversions, a 69% drop in cost per conversion, a 67% lift in click-through rate (CTR), and a 17% increase in online bookings. That’s what we call turning digital presence into foot traffic.
Home Services – Paint Denver
When Paint Denver’s online visibility took a nosedive after a Yelp algorithm change, most agencies might’ve shrugged, but not Angie. She leaned in and led a strategic dual play of geofenced Google Ads and focused SEO to recapture local attention and get search performance back on track. Rather than throwing dollars blindly at the problem, Angie identified where the audience actually searched, optimized campaigns for local relevance, and layered in organic search improvements that complemented paid performance. The payoff? A 120% increase in local search visibility within 10 months and a 9.25% conversion rate from website traffic, meaning not only were more relevant searchers finding Paint Denver online, they were also taking action once they got there. That’s strategy with impact, not just impressions.
B2B IT – Aspire Technology Solutions
Led a full brand refresh + SEO-powered website overhaul.
- 63% jump in organic traffic (in 6 months)
- 86% boost in user engagement
- Positioned a local company to compete with national players
Retail/Industrial – Rocket Supply
Built a national e-commerce + local SEO strategy that drove record growth.
- 320% increase in e-commerce revenue
- $7.60 return on ad spend (ROAS)

Delaney, Marketing Director & Master of the Playbook
Delaney is a Marketing Director at Red Egg, the one who keeps the yolks aligned and the big ideas from cracking under pressure.
She sits at the crossroads of strategy, performance, client relationships, and team execution. With over a decade of experience across journalism, digital PR, SEO, and paid media, she blends storytelling precision with performance-driven strategy. From onboarding to long-term growth plans, she ensures every engagement has structure, clarity, and measurable impact.
She works side-by-side with Red Egg’s specialists to turn big-picture goals into real-world marketing moves, then guides those strategies through launch, optimization, and reporting. If there’s a roadmap, she built it. If there’s growth, it was carefully cultivated.
The Delaney Stats:
Experience: 10+ years across journalism, digital PR, SEO, paid media, and integrated marketing with over 5 years at Red Egg. Her role evolved from hands-on eggsecution to senior leadership.
The Origin Story: She started in journalism. Which means she knows how to research, ask the right questions, find the real story, and explain complicated things clearly. Today, that shows up in brand messaging, content strategy, and client communication that actually makes sense.
The Skill Stack: Former Digital Marketing Manager at Red Egg, where she led SEO and Google Ads strategy across dozens of accounts, technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, paid search, performance reporting, site migrations, rebrands… the whole digital coop.
The Sweet Spot: Growth without dropoffs. She always makes sure everything is steered correctly especially during high-risk moments like rebrands, website launches, or major pivots.

The Wins
These case studies represent only a portion of her client portfolio, which includes 50+ clients across multiple industries.
High Ride Cycle
When High Ride Cycle wanted to gain real online momentum, Delaney stepped in like the account management ace she is. She led the deep dive into High Ride’s local market, understood the competitive peloton they were in, and rallied the team around a smart SEO playbook that elevated their visibility across Denver. Under Delaney’s guidance, Red Egg built a comprehensive keyword and SEO strategy that emphasized local search signals and technical site improvements. She coordinated copy refinement and backend updates, then helped launch a refreshed website that reflected the brand’s energy and community roots.
The result? High Ride now ranks on the first page of Google for 75+ high-intent keywords, saw a 110% bump in search visibility, and averages 3,000 monthly organic visitors all while expanding into three Denver area locations. That’s what we call winning.
MOR Kombucha
MOR Kombucha wasn’t new to the refreshment scene, but they needed an extra hand to help translate their success into measurable online growth. By beginning with a full brand guide, she worked diligently with the team to understand the kombucha inside and out, setting the stage for smart digital campaigns that resonated. She spearheaded an SEO strategy focused on high-intent content and layered in targeted Google search ads to drive qualified traffic. Instead of casting a wide net and praying something stuck, every tactic was intentional. Just like a perfectly fermented brew. Within a year, MOR Kombucha was ranking on Google’s first page for 40+ high-intent keywords, improved their search position by 20%, and boosted their visibility across Colorado helping them land in 350+ local retailers and taprooms. That’s the taste of strategic success.
Sawatch Labs
When Sawatch Labs came to Red Egg ready to power up their online visibility, Delaney took the helm on strategy with precision, depth, and a creative pulse. Translating a highly technical software offering into content that resonates and ranks is certainly a challenge, but nothing this hen couldn’t handle. Delaney guided a multi-layered effort that blended SEO, website strategy, email, and social into one cohesive playbook. She worked with specialists to craft long-form content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies), strategic keyword targeting, paid search ads, and a monthly newsletter that positions Sawatch as a thought leader. All of it was tied back to measurable search visibility goals. Fast forward one year: Sawatch Labs now ranks on the first page of Google for 40+ high-intent keywords, saw a 1,156% increase in search visibility, and has tens of thousands of social impressions all while strengthening their reputation as a national leader in EV and fleet analytics. That’s what happens when strategy is executed with surgical precision.
Across Clients:
- First-page Google rankings for 75+ target keywords (often within a year)
- Major gains in organic traffic and qualified leads
- Seamless SEO + paid media performance through rebrands and site launches
- Long-term retention built on trust, transparency, and results
What Our Clients Notice
Delaney gets mentioned by name a lot, and not just because she’s on the emails. Clients talk about how she:
- Makes complex marketing feel understandable
- Advocates for what’s actually best for the business
- Feels like a true partner and extension of their team, not just another outside vendor
- Turns stressful transitions (like rebrands and SEO shifts) into smooth and exciting ones
Clients consistently mention her ability to make complex marketing feel understandable and even exciting. She’s technical when she needs to be, strategic at all times, and collaborative across every department.
She doesn’t just talk strategy. She hatches it.

The Differentiator
Her journalism and digital PR background isn’t just a fun fact, it powers Red Egg’s content strategy, brand storytelling, SEO copywriting, and editorial planning. She knows how to make words work and rank.
Deep technical chops in SEO and paid media, paired with big-picture strategy and people skills. She can talk data with developers, creative with designers, and goals with business owners. With all these elements combined, she helps keep everyone moving in the same direction.

Summer, Account & Content Marketing Manager, Chief Storyteller of the Coop
Summer started at Red Egg as a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist.
She was good at it, so after a few years she moved up the ladder to Account Management. Now, she manages 20+ client accounts across industries that have almost nothing in common with each other — restaurants, financial advisors, luxury skincare brands, a LEGO store — and she makes it look easy!
Summer doesn’t juggle campaigns. She incubates them, nurtures them, and then sends them out into the world ready to hatch results. Managing 20+ accounts at any given time, she connects goals, messaging, and data into cohesive strategies that thrive. On any given day, she’s reviewing SEO content, presenting performance reports, collaborating with developers, and approving campaign creative all before her coffee gets cold.
The Summer Stats
Experience: 6+ years in marketing across agency and corporate environments. Nearly 2 years in account management at Red Egg, promoted from her role as our agency’s social media and content specialist.
The Daily Reality: On any given morning, she might be reviewing SEO content for a restaurant, presenting a performance report to a financial advisor, looping in the web team on a UX fix, and approving grand opening creative for a retail client.
The Scope: SEO, content, paid media, email, web development, branding, analytics. Whatever the client needs!
The Throughline: Strategy that connects. Execution that follows through. Reporting that actually makes sense.
What She Really Does (Besides “Everything”)
- Primary point of contact for 20+ clients
- Develops integrated strategies across SEO, paid media, content, email, and social
- Oversees content production for websites, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns
- Collaborates with Red Egg’s SEO team to build SERP visibility that sticks
- Translates Google Analytics, Search Console, and Agency Analytics into insights — not spreadsheets
- Works with developers and designers on UX, speed, and CRO improvements
- Manages the unglamorous but essential pieces — invoicing coordination and cross-team communication
Industries in Her Orbit
One of Summer’s strengths is her ability to shift gears without losing momentum. She doesn’t use cookie-cutter templates — she studies the brand, the audience, and the market first.
She’s worked across:
- Food & Beverage – grand openings, seasonal pushes, and social campaigns that turn atmosphere into reservations
- Financial Advisors & Credit Unions – SEO and paid media strategies built on clarity and credibility
- Luxury Skincare – brand-elevated campaigns where tone and visual cohesion are non-negotiable
- Real Estate – lifestyle-driven storytelling backed by lead-focused execution
- Interior Design – portfolio-forward campaigns that attract high-intent clients
- Construction & Home Services – conversion-focused SEO and practical, no-nonsense, down-to-earth messaging
- Retail (including a LEGO store) – community-driven campaigns speaking to kids, parents, and collectors alike
The Writer Brain
Summer graduated from Colorado College — one of the most selective liberal arts schools in the country — with a degree in English Literature (film emphasis) and a minor in Brazilian Portuguese. Colorado College runs on the Block Plan: one course at a time, a full traditional semester’s worth of material in 3.5 weeks. Thus, she learned early how to absorb complex information fast, stay focused under pressure, and deliver.
On paper, English Lit might look unconventional in marketing. In practice? It’s her edge.
Her campaigns are rooted in language, narrative, and critical thinking skills that matter more than ever in a digital world crowded with generic content.
The Humanist in the Room
Summer spent nearly three years managing social media for 10+ brands at Red Egg, and what made her good at it wasn’t platform know-how — it was people. She’s an extrovert who genuinely loves human connection — being part of the conversation, understanding what moves people, and finding ways to make a brand feel like something worth caring about. Social media was a natural fit for that. Every caption was a small act of translation, every campaign a chance to close the distance between a brand and the humans on the other side of the screen. That curiosity about what makes the human mind tick didn’t stay in her social media phase. It lives in every content strategy she builds, every client relationship she nurtures, and every campaign she sends out into the world.
The Skill Stack
- Copywriting & editing skills that focus on authenticity and strategy
- Full-service campaign management from launch to reporting
- Working knowledge of HTML and Photoshop — enough to bridge creative and technical teams without playing telephone
- Client relationship management built on clarity and trust
She’s strategic but scrappy. Creative but organized. Comfortable in big-picture planning and equally comfortable handling the operational details that keep campaigns running clean.
How She Got Here
Summer didn’t arrive at account management through a straight line. She started her career supporting a C-suite executive at CBIZ MHM — a national accounting firm — where she learned corporate communications, internal operations, and how to move quickly inside a structured system. From there she stepped into a communications specialist role at the same firm before making the jump to agency life at Red Egg. She came in as a social media and content specialist, managed 10+ brands simultaneously, and earned her way into account management. Every role added something: the corporate stint gave her process and professionalism, the content years gave her creative range, and the promotion gave her the keys.
The Red Egg Difference
Summer isn’t the only Digital Marketing Account Manager at Red Egg, she’s one of four. Each brings focus, creativity, and intensity to their client roster. What clients don’t get is a junior handoff after the sales call. They get experienced account managers who know their brand, know their goals, and know how to execute.

Grayson, Digital Marketing Account Manager & Newest Rooster in the Coop
Every flock needs fresh energy, and Grayson brought it.
As a Digital Marketing Account Manager at Red Egg, Grayson lives at the intersection of people, process, and performance. Strategy, timelines, websites, campaigns, moving parts, unexpected curveballs? That’s his comfort zone. He works hand-in-hand with every department to make sure multi-channel marketing campaigns and web projects don’t just launch, but stay optimized and actually hit the goals they were built for.
New to Red Egg, yes. New to this world? Not even close.
The Grayson Stats
- Experience: In the digital marketing and web development agency world, Grayson has been working in the account and project management trenches since 2016. He’s got nearly a decade of leading digital marketing campaigns and complex website builds without dropping the ball.
- The Origin Story: Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Started from the ground up as a marketing intern at a small agency, then worked his way into running all accounts and project management — plus billing and cash flow. Trial by fire? Absolutely. Foundation for everything he does now? 100%.
- The Climb: Moved to a larger agency where things scaled fast, and so did his role. Worked on large, complex web and marketing initiatives spanning Google Ads, SEO, paid and organic social, grassroots marketing, radio, billboards, bus bench ads, targeted display, OTT/CTV streaming, and programmatic audio. During his 7 years there, the company doubled in size, he was promoted to Senior Account Manager, and the agency grew into one of the top-performing firms in the state.
- The Reputation: He’s tackled the kinds of projects that test your limits, and he hasn’t met one he couldn’t handle. Big builds, complex campaigns, tight timelines… bring it on.
Industries in his orbit
Grayson has worked with 75+ clients across home services, food & beverage, entertainment, government, health education, specialized healthcare, oil & gas, photography, commercial marine, real estate, education, funeral services, architecture, engineering, global tactical & rescue, and yes, even Mardi Gras parades. If there’s an audience, he’s helped market to it.
Strengths
- Project quarterback – spearheads large, complex website development projects and multi-layered marketing campaigns
- Strategy collaborator – works across teams to turn big ideas into executable plans
- Deadline defender – keeps timelines tight and expectations clear
- Client advocate – makes sure clients understand performance, metrics, and next steps without the jargon headache
- Organization obsessed – always knows what the team needs, what the client needs, and what’s happening next
What makes him different?
Long-term growth for clients. Grayson has worked with multiple clients for 5+ years, helping them evolve from a handful of services into fully integrated, high-performing marketing ecosystems. That kind of expansion only happens when trust, results, and communication are locked in.
Clients don’t just see him as “the agency guy.” They see him as part of their team, someone who keeps projects on track, simplifies complex stuff, and works like their goals are his goals.
The Human Side
At his core, Grayson’s a peacemaker. He’s wired to work well with people, internal teams, external partners, and business owners under pressure. He puts himself in other people’s shoes, communicates the way they need, and shows up ready to help. Because at the end of the day, every client came to the table for one reason: they need support. And he takes that seriously.
Why Work with Our Account Managers, aka Marketing Managers?
When you hire a larger marketing firm, you’re sometimes not a partner, you’re a line item. Your account gets passed around like a carton at brunch, shuffled between departments, handled by whoever has bandwidth, and managed by people who couldn’t find your market on a map.
When you work with a Denver-based agency like ours, it’s a different nest entirely. You get a team that understands your business environment, your audience, and the pace you need to move at. You get experienced account managers who know your goals, your history, and what’s already been tested, so strategy isn’t guesswork, it’s informed decision-making.
We don’t take weeks to pivot. We don’t hide behind tickets and handoffs. We collaborate in real time, adjust quickly, and treat your growth like it’s tied directly to our own success. Because it is.
